Summary : Green carrying case.
I ordered the green carrying case before Christmas. apparently the green was sold out and I received a call from Amazon or the company that was selling it that said they green was not available so they gave me other color options. I chose the pink and I'm fine with that. I was dissapointed that the product wasn't overnighted to me as it came a few days after Christmas. It would have been nice to have it here on Christmas but the product is of good quality.

I bought this for my friend. I placed the order but my friend did not get it after 3 weeks. I sent email to check what's wrong and got response in just one day. And they confirmed that they did mail the item out a long time ago but they did not know why it did not arrive. They offered me two choices: they can refund or they can mail me another one again. I chose remailing and my friend got it very soon. Nice service!
